Safety Update – COVID-19

To all of our wonderful clients, just a quick update, please rest assured we are following strict hygiene and cleaning regimes and are using hospital grade disinfectant throughout the spa including on door handles and light switches. Our staff are being monitored and are only working if they are 100%.

We will not be allowing any clients who are unwell to have treatments. We ask that clients who have returned from overseas travel in the last 3 weeks or who are in contact with someone who is unwell please cancel your appointments for the safety of our other guests and staff.

We are happy to cancel any appointments the day before and the morning of for the above reasons. Please however give us as much notice as possible as a small business we rely on our client’s bookings. We are also asking our clients who book appointments for the same day to make sure they are committed to attending that appointment and not to reserve it for a few hours and then panic cancel. As this leads to shift cancellations for our therapists and our reception team turning away other clients who are trying to book.
