To collect please call the Spa 5 minutes before your arrival on the hotel ramp with the type and colour of your car so we are able to meet you with your products.

Terms and Conditions

1. By accepting our merchandise you accept our trading terms and conditions.
2. Prices are subject to alterations without notice.
3. Products recommended to be used as per directions. If you have any allergies or are unsure if the product is right for your skin please contact our reception team directly before purchasing.
4. All online orders are processed through an automated online specific POS system and therefore any online purchases do not qualify for the in-store Vanilla Dollars rewards program. To qualify for the rewards program orders must be placed and purchased in-store or over the phone and under the name of the purchaser’s account. Please confirm that the payment is being processed through your account when purchasing to qualify.
5. In our online store AfterPay is only currently available for products and not online gift vouchers at this stage, this capability is currently under development. To purchase gift vouchers via AfterPay please come in-store or order via phone.
6. All products sold are sourced directly from each brands head office or official distributor. Some brands, such as Guinot, only sell to licenced day spas and salons, not to third party online distributors. We guarantee all of products to be genuine and authentic and can provide proof all of our products, in-store and online, come directly from the brand or their official distributor.
7. Freight is payable directly by the purchaser.
8. Goods are despatched at purchaser’s risk. Insurance cover effective only upon request and may incur extra charges.
9. Vanilla Face & Body Spa Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept in whole or in part any order, or decline any order.
10. No claims in respect of the goods will be recognised by Vanilla Face & Body Spa Pty Ltd unless notified within 48 hours of receipt. A Return Authorisation Number will be issued if Vanilla agrees to the return of the product.
11. All change of mind returns must pre-authorised by Vanilla Face & Body Spa Pty Ltd. Returns will be accepted for credit or exchange, but will be subject to the following: *Stock must be in mint condition, unused and unopened with all original packaging, purchaser to incur all shipping costs. Proof of purchase may be requested.
12. If a product you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you’re entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.
13. Unless otherwise specified our trading terms are strictly payment in full before dispatch.
14. Payments must be made to Vanilla Face & Body Spa Pty Ltd. These can be via PayPal (via Guest or account checkout include all major credit cards or via direct debit), Or via AfterPay or ZipPay for qualifying products.
15. Any marketing collateral supplied by Vanilla Face & Body Spa Pty Ltd remains the intellectual property of Vanilla Face & Body Spa Pty Ltd.
