Vanilla Face & Body is a day spa dedicated to your relaxation and wellbeing. We offer the time and space to let you step out of your normal busy routine and slow down. Time for your mind and body to unwind, de-stress and find balance. OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK

To be accepted all reservations must be secured on either a gift voucher or credit card for the cancellation policy (please see below). If you have a gift voucher for your treatment please enter the voucher number in the notes section of your booking. To secure the booking via a credit card please include your Visa or MasterCard number & expiry in the notes section of your online booking or call or email the spa directly.

Please note that these details are only to secure your booking, you are able to pay for your treatment on the day in store via EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard or Cash. If you would prefer your card be debited on the day please also include the 3 digit security pin on the back of the card and advise us of this.

IMPORTANT

Please advise us of any medical contraindications such as heart problems, allergies, diabetes, cancer or pregnancy and how many weeks along you are in the notes section of online bookings. Failure to do so may result in Vanilla not be able to carry out your treatment.

Online bookings are for 1 PERSON ONLY. For booking of more than 1 person or for group bookings please contact the spa directly on (08) 9245 2618

Group Bookings

For groups of 5 or more please ask to speak to our group booking coordinator.

Cancellations

For a weekday appointment, you can cancel or reschedule anytime up until the close of business the day before your appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the security holding your booking. For a weekend or public holiday booking, all appointment and individual service cancelled, rescheduled or altered with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the full treatment value, to the bookings security.

Sunday Conditions

Open by special appointment group booking only, 20% Sunday Surcharge is applicable, Gift Vouchers not usable for Sundays.
