Our card-less rewards system open to all was introduced in February 2015 and is our way of giving something back to our wonderful clients.

For every $10 you spend in-store for any treatment or retail products, you receive $1 Vanilla dollar in credit on your account. Once you reach a minimum $50 you are able to deduct this amount from any in-store treatment, gift voucher, jewellery or product purchase.

Earning Vanilla dollars is easy, just ask our reception team to pop any in-store product, gift voucher or jewellery purchase under your account at the time of payment. For all treatments including specials you will earn Vanilla dollars automatically. Vanilla dollars last for a period of 12 months and your balance can be checked at any time with our reception team or on your online booking account.  Vanilla dollars are not transferable between accounts.
